I have unfortunately an extensive alarm system which won't be replaced by Satel (the combo with Fibaro is just perfect). So will continue using Aritech 4000 as the main alarm system.
As I would like to use the info of the alarm system in Fibaro and it is not likely Fibaro will develop their own third party plugin, how difficult would it be to develop my own plugin or would it be the best way to program a virtual device?
How can I develop such a thing on my own and what would be the most appropriate way to follow? Or would you never recommend to develop such a thing?
