Hi everybody,

i have recently bought an HC2 fibaro.
I was very exciting about this and i have created an account but i have lost username and password and so i cannot use the application mobile when i'm out of my home.

I tried to create another account but i cannot add my HC2 seral and mac address because they are in use in another account.

I dont know how to solve this question, it says me to contact support centre but i was not able to have an answer...

please help me
