SOLVED: since this morning I get 403 Access Forbidden

Not sure what happened overnight, but this morning I can't run any scene, and even worse I cannot add any module/device anymore (bought a few new ones this week), I am always presented with 403 Access Forbidden popup!

 

There is no alarm anywhere and the scenes would override the alarm anyway.

 

Restart and power cycle did not help. I did not modify anything since a few weeks.

ok, thanks to Fibaro support I found out why!

 

It was a device (subdevice of the binary sensor) which was set to DISABLED but somehow it triggered an alarm anyway and was set to armed state (not sure why it does that if it is disabled!? is this a bug??)

So had to enable it first, gave an error saying it was in alarm state but refreshing it did enable the device, then disarm it, and exclude it from general alarm under:

Advanced > Alarm settings > Sensor is excluded from alarm system

 

now it works again!

 

if you have the same situation, you should do this to find where an alarm is triggered:

 

log in as admin

change URL to

look for word "fibaroAlarm"

if it says true the system is in alarm state and you get this 403 popup
