Improvement scene

Question

Posted

I created the following scene:

Please login or register to see this code.

DeviceID 17 is the power used, DeviceID 47 is the amount of lux measured.

I use this script to switch on the lights if I turn the TV on. Depending on the sunrise and sunset, or the amount of lux in the living room.

If I turn the TV of, the lights turn off after 5 minutes.

2 Questions:

- Can I make this script smaller/better?

- I would like the lights to remain on when I turn the lights on manually (though fibaro). Currently, the lights will not stay on if the TV is off, and I turn the lights on manually.

Thanks for the help!

Create a global var which is set when the lights are turned on. Set it for on both manual and automatic with the values manual or automatic. Include a check if  set to automatic. if so, turn lights off else leave lights on.
