Hi
I have for many months been trying to update my HCL. First to 3.594 and later to 3.601. Its impossible.
I have tried with different browsers (with clean cache) and different computers. I have also tried both normal and force update.
When i press update it goes to the downloading and installing screen. And here it stays forever. It never finishes. It can stay on this screen for several hours.
If i refresh i get "the page cannot be found" error. I then have to unplug and reboot my HCL and it boots in to 3.954. Every time. I have tried about 20 times now.
Either it cannot download the update, or it cannot install it. Any tips? I am desperate for a solution.
