HC2 stopped working, need help!

Hello, this is the first time that happens to my HC2 controller. This morning I can't turn off the alarm, for hard that I try, not even change scenes between other stuff like restart controller. So I decide to recover it to factory defaults, and when it asked if I want to keep the nodes I say Yes.

Then after booting and all devices were automatically added I upgrade to the latest beta version and HC2 never rebooted. I try unplug and plug it back on, but always with 503 error. Now I'm trying to entering back to recover mode but with no luck.

Really need help from Fibaro in this matter please. Thanks.

Why didn't it work and what did you do to get it working? It may help some other if you could do a quick recap.

Yesterday morning when I tried to disarm my sensors it won't disarm them for more that I try. Even with two restarts, then I tried to removed some scenes and happen the same thing, it was very strange, so I decide to restore to factory firmware and then update the HC2.

I just run the 'enter recovery mode' some times because certainly I wasn't doing it right, after I enter recovery mode, updated to latest firmware, let it reconfigure the devices, update to beta firmware and that was it.
