Bug on icons? Help

Hi, I'm having problems with my HC2 controller.

First I had to recover it to initial state, update it, and restore backup, because a major problem. I lost some scenes that I made since 27-09 (last backup), and some more changes that I made.

After restore my backup all personalised icons is missing, with like an error image, so I added all of them again.

After all this work, now when I go to Fibaro app on iPhone/iPad icons are wrong, although they are correct on web page of HC2, I already removed and add them again but since is a personalised icon shows another icon, only if I put one icon from HC2 library they appear correct on iPhone/iPad. :/

And my virtual devices, when I go change the icon appear lots of them with the error, and if I try to delete them, I can't because they don't appear on delete page :/

It took me 6 days to get a response from Fibaro support on one thing recently, if you have been waiting less time than this maybe wait a bit longer, they could be very busy...

Already found the solution by myself, at least for iPhone/iPad wrong icons, had to delete the app on both devices and install again, at least the icons are show correctly. About the icons from VD I don't know how to clean that...

I am having the same issue. After recovery of the HC2 the personalised icons does not show in the  webinterface (as in your screenshot)

The icons display corectly on my mobile devices (Android)

Did you find a solution already?

Hi doaedje, the icons are still showing in your mobile because they are in cache, if you reinstall the app they will be gone. Regarding to the bug that I can't delete the bad icons I already reported to Fibaro support and they are aware of this, I only get rid of the icons with Fibaro remote support, you have to contact them and ask for removing the bad icons, and you have to restore all your VD icons again, unfortunately backups do not backup icons :/

As far as I know the icons are not in the backup. It has been a while since I've done a recovery, but the first half of this year that was a hobby and I'm certain user icons were lost consistently after recovery...

I have the problem that my new pics are not visible (blank) on my apple phone, while the are visible on my Laptop and Android phone.

 

I reinstalled the fibaro app on the apple phone but this does not help

Roy did you make 'Refresh network data' in iPhone/iPad? I take a photo of my Entrance, resize it to 128x128 png and its woking fine, take a look:

same issue here - no user-defined icons on iphone, even after update to Fibaro app 2.6.2 on iPhone.

This is quite annoying!

Strange ... yesterday I refreshed my data but still no change. 

 

Also updated the fibaro app, so what can be left. Iphone model?
