Hi,

because of my problems with one of my Door-Sensors I buyed two new one.

 

But I can't include them !

 

Tried it in a distance of 50cm from the HC2.

 

Opened, removed the Paper from the battery, closed it and then pressed the back button 3 times.

 

Also tried to press the inner button 3 or 6 times while the button on the back is pressed.

 

No chance !

 

Is there anybody who knows why ?

Hi,

 

does the led starts blinking when you push the button? 

The easiest way is to close the cover and then click bottom button 3times, if it doesnt work, push again 3 times.

 

If this doesnt work then try to delete the sensor from HC2 - this will reset the sensor also.
