Is my hcl detecting my dimmer as a switch?

Question

Posted

Right now all my kit is just on the kitchen table as I'm testing and playing. I have a hcl and one dimmer wired to a fitting wih 4 gu10 bulbs.

The hcl has learned about the dimmer and I can control the dimmer from the hcl web page, but the hcl says I have zero light bulbs? See the "dashboard" at the top of the page in the attachment.. It seems to tell me no lights, no temperature, and one plug?

In the iOS app I also find it telling me I have no lights.

Both app and web page report power consumption and you can see in the screenshot that my dimmer is detected as a dimmer 3.2.. So why does the hcl think I have no lights?
