Heating panel doesn't respond

Little problem, In one of my rooms it is not possible to control the infrared heating anymore. I saw on the admin page that in the section my house that i can not acces that particular room anymore. I can acces it via rooms but can't turn the panel off. According to the app and on the desktop is the panel off. In reality not=hot! The systen says that the temp sensor is connected. Can anybody give an advice plese Thnx in advance Grtz. René
