I had same issue for six weeks with the HC2 at my beach house. When I got there this weekend I could log on locally and remote access was checked/YES. Tried a restart and the HC2 could not get passed all blue..., tried to disconnect it and the reconnect it to the grid power, all blue..., tried restore procedure, all blue... Well have to check again with Fibaro support, but I may well be due for my second HC2 return to Poland

Got it confirmed today by Fibaro Support, the unit needs to be shipped back to Poland. So redundant internet connection (fiber+moblie), redundant power supply (grid and UPS), but single controller
