Lights switch on ipad

Question

Posted

Dear all,

Hopefully someone can help me with this (and hopefully this is possible at all)

This is qhat my ipad app looks like now:

THere is a switch for the lights (see red arrow).

Right now this means all lights in my house ON or OFF.

Can I edit this switch, or add a new one in such a way only certain lights go on? (or a scene gets activated/deactivated?)

THanks in advance!

I use two of this features and control ground floor and second floor of my house. Just chose the specific room, floor or light that you want to add.

Thanks both for your feedback, appreciated!

I failed to include that part I see Nex, but I know you can do that.

Basically I have four rooms (configurated rooms) on one floor (configurated as one section).

What I'd like to do is turn on/off *some* of the lights in room 1, *some* of the lights in room 3, and *some* of the lights in room 4. Room 2 should completely be turned off.

Alternatively I could live with all lights in rooms 1,3 and 4 on/off, but I'd really like to keep the lights in room 2 off..

I have considered playing around a bit with adding an additional section and moving room 2 to here, but then things get messed up elsewhere in my current setup.

    Any options left?

    PS:

In general, I think it would be very cool to be able to add specific scenes as a widget to the home screen of the app!! Just a simple toggle to turn ON or OFF a scene would be enough..
