Thermostat DANFOSS LC13 issue

Can anyone explain if there is issue with

 or i did something wrong? I connected few of them to my HC2 base. All of them show temperature but this one show 0.00

I just found that Thermostat from another room have a different icon. So HC2 recognized it like different device. How can i solve the issue?

It looks like a communication problem during inclusion. Please try "soft reconfigure" and if that doesn't help "reconfigure". Wake up by pressing the middle button. IF that doesn't help, try exclude + include. Another possible explanation is that you are using rechargeable batteries (during inclusion and during normal operation). The LC only works with 1.5 V batteries. Last possible explanation: distance. Try to include closer to the HC2.

I did all this steps and nothing helped. Also when i try to change temperature in current mode it is it shows me with green: Device is awake.

 

May there be any issue with thermostat?

If you press the middle button on the device, the green text "device is awake" should indeed appear for a few seconds. That indicates Z-Wave communication is all right, so I don't think it's bad hardware.

Maybe you have a newer/different firmware version. I know these exist in 1.0 and 1.1. What does it say under advanced, "Device type:" and "Version:"?

On working devices, firmware is 1.1 but on bad device, firmware is wrote 0.0

 

i have 6 thermostats and 2 of them are not well recognized.

 

PS: what means time under the temperature setting on Danfoss Thermostat(see picture 3 from attachments)

For the LC issue, I'd mail to [email protected]. I think you have done everything you could.

The thermostats follow the schedule of the heating panel. When you want to override that, you set a temperature and how long you want to maintain that. The timer counts down and at zero the thermostat again gets the temperature from the heating panel.

and if i have not chedule in heating pannel, after count down comes to zero, temperature will remain the one i set?

one more, i'm using 3 thermostats for heating floor. they are attached in one techincal room where heating comes from, but floor is heated in other rooms, so like examply if i set 25 degree temperatura, it will check temperature in placed where thermostat is located or it will allow an aporximate amount of heating water to pass in floor heating system?

Is this Danfoss (v0.0) is LC13 Living Connect or normal LC13? If it is not Living Connect model it won't work, could you check inside which version it has?

And also, Danfosses are still supported by Heating Panel - I think you miss understood something.
