HC2 lost a lot of devices

Hello
Today my HC2 miss more then 50% of all devices. Just stop to respond for long time and i restart it. After that i cannot see more then 50% of devices (switches, dimmers, rgbw, motion sensors ...)
Do you have idea how to resolve this issue ?

PS: I have more then 100 automation points and now all scene include heating system do not work.

    More then 24h Fibaro support do not contact with me after sending information about the problem.

    it looks like Fibaro doesnt answer anymore. I have mailed 48 hours ago and still no answer. They are also very quit on the forum....

    My problems continue. I restore backup and add some new devices. After 2 days HC2 again missing part of them ???

    Hi it seems i have a similar problem. Did you fixed it?

    I am on HC2 4.057. After a routine backup I have seen many "deleting device Xxx" in the message window. Now I am missing approx 5-10 devices.
