Remote Access not working (3 different devices)

Question

Posted

I have 3 Fibaro's HC2  that I have to manage. All three of them are:

- on different locations

- have static IP;s

- have Google DNS setup in the router

- Remote access has worked before

Now, since a few days, none of the can be accessed remote. The small icon to log in to the HC2 stays "unclickable". They all run on latest firmware. What can be done to get that fixed?

I have the same issue.

Tried 3 different locations / homes.

All with different ISP.

They are all online as i have checked with TeamViewer.

Updates

1* They all have Dynamic IP (static set in router) and default gateway (not 8.8.8.8) and have always worked until now.

Have tried to restart all of the HC2´s.

2* Have now tried to change to Static IP and gateway 8.8.8.8 and restarted HC2´s.

This did not solve the problem for me.

Yep, same here. Different ISPs, none of them are accessible .... Is fibaro service down or what else could be the problem ?

Recently, the remote access seems to be pretty unstable.

I have also problems with remote access recently. In my case, Im able to connect, but commands are not getting to controller or are extremly delayd (30s). When I connect over VPN, everything is nice and smooth. I can see that this is happening only during some time spots during the day - maybe the capacity of fibaro servers is not adequate to number of its users...

Can Fibaro clearify that? Because local access seems to work (also VPN), although remote access through home.fibaro.com does not work.
