Thermostat DANFOSS LC13 ISN'T correct recognized by HC2

 (inside of it is wrote: living connect sw 4.02) or i did something wrong? I connected few of them to my HC2 base. All of them show temperature but this one show 0.00. I tried several times, removed it from my HC2, did factory reset to Thermostat, added back, and the same issue remained.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I have 5 of Danfoss well connected and recognized, and seems working ones have SW 1.01 wrote inside. But two ones, that are not well recognized, have inside wrote SW 4.02. See picture attached!

Does anyone knows how to change firmware?

From what i found, it seems that my Thermostat have living connect® software 4.02 but i need to have on it living connect® Z software 1.01. Is there any way to have firmware changed on a Danfoss LC13 thermostat?

As tolick said, Living Connect 4.02 do not use Zwave protocol, so it won't be supported.

No you can´t, replace it is the only option.
