Virtual Power measurement for Ventilation system

Question

Posted

I want to control my Ventilation System (Stork Comfofan in Basement [office and washing] and Brink Renovent  in other parts of the house) using the 0-10v outputs of a RGBW controller.

Based on Netatmo Humidity, CO2 level and whether someone is in the shower or the washing machine is running I could set the fan speeds of these 2 devices.  These fan speeds have a known corresponding power consumption, so when my output is 5v I know that the Brink uses 60 watt.

Is there a method (maybe virtual device) where I can calculate and set the power consumption over time based on the output of the RGBW. (Similar like the dimmer module does)?

thanks

Eric

Any luck with integrating Brink and Fibaro? I would like to to be able to change fan speed on Brink from Fibaro but did not find any scheme how to control Brink with 0-10V.
