Remote Access improvements

Fibaro, thank you for this improvement. But why would you give so short notice and why not upgrade during the night?

Due to planned maintenance and upgrade works, Remote Access servers will be unavailable today between 2 and 3 PM (GMT). We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

My point is: We are getting more and more dependent on your product as time goes and we build more and more smart house functionality into our homes

Yes but what about telling us some time before the fact? You put a comment in the forum at 2.45 telling us that there were going to be a server upgrade between 2 and 3. Quite indicative about the communication from fibaro of late. We need to know more and we want better communications from fibaro.

Socha. Yes you are probably right, but I strongly suspect you don´t have an equal number of clients in all the 24 different time zones. I could even be persuaded to believe that it differs by an order of magnitude or two...
