How to control heating with panels and Fibaro Motion sensor linked to Secure Receiver and HCL

I am struggling to use panels with a fibaro motion sensor as a thermostat and the secure receiver.

 

The fibaro motion sensor in the lounge; the secure receiver is in the utility room. On the lounge icon the main temperature sensor wit the fibaro temp, however I do not have any option in the main thermostat tab on the same lounge; hence it is difficult to know how to associate the two in panels and I need help.

 

Also I wish to set a scene that will schedule a message to be sent from the temp sensor to the secure receiver every 45 mins only when the secure receiver is on. I do not appear however in scenes to see the secure receiver (horseman receiver) as a triggering device only an action device and I am not sure why.

 

Can anyone help me construct these scenes please?

If you search this forum you will find multiple threads on how to trigger scenes using motion sensors.

 

Some people have kindly shared their code for doing this. Your request would be time consuming to support fully, so I would suggest you do some searching first and then when you find a thread with motion triggered scenes, give it a go. Then ask for more specific help.

That said, someone here might have the time to write up a scene for you to start with.

Thanks a lot of the scenes use LUA which is not open to me with HCL. I am trying to arrange this in block scenes. My problem is I wish to use the fibaro motion sensor as a thermostat however in the room in question there it only displays as a temperature sensor and not thermostat.

 

Also if I use a panel I would need to create a scene which runs in parallel to prevent the horsman receiver failsafe shutting off without a relay e.g. something like:

WHEN horsman (secure receiver) is on THEN run schedule very 30 min to receiver.
however when one tries to construct a scene it does not permit a WHEN command for the secure receiver but only allows a THEN scene; I am not sure why this is the case.

 

If someone can explain the logical behind this that would be a help
