Virtual devices not available in scene creator(graphical blocks)

Question

Posted

Hi all,

Googled this specific thing for an hour orso, but I cannot find the answer, so I'd really like to have some assistance on this.

On Domoticz I have a couple doorsensors. Status updates via FibaroLink work remarkably well(reliable and fast). Next step for me is to incorporate the status of these sensors (on / off) in a scene in Home Center 2, created with the graphical blocks scene builder. But I'm surprised, the virtual devices can't be found. In the devices overview they are listed and updated as stated before, but just not visible in the scene builder.

Is this normal behaviour? Or should they just be available over there.

For now I worked around this by having Domoticz directy call a scene on HomeCenter, but this is basically not what I want.

Hopefully someone can elaborate on this matter. Anyways, thanks a lot for reading.

Regards,

Johan

Unfortunately you can only use VDs in scenes as actions, not triggers or conditions.

So you can not check a VD label value, but you can update it or press buttons from a scene.
