HC2 - no internet connection

My router is ok, internet connection ok.

 

Suddenly my HC2 cannot reach the internet, the LED with the globe is off.

 

I can't no longer reach it from outside via VPN.

 

restart: no change

switched off, switched on: no change

 

What else can I do now?
