HCL - cannot add devices

Dear all,

 

after some problems with my new Fibaro HCL I made a factory reset.

After initally setting up the system (localisation, rooms, etc) I tried to add my devices, but none of it was recognised during the learning process.

I have got som e wall plugs and a flood sensor.

I have no entry in the Diagnose Z-Wave Network windows and reconfiguration of all modules also doesn't seem to work.

My software version is 4.054

 

Any ideas ?

nach ein paar Problemen habe ich ein Factory Reset durchgeführt.
Nun habe ich die Grundkonfiguration durchgeführt und ein paar Räume eingerichtet.

Leider erkennt das

keins meiner Geräte mehr beim “Modul hinzufügen” im Lernmodus mehr.

Netzwerk und ein “Alle Module erneut konfigurieren” ändert auch nichts.
Softwareversion: 4.054

Hat jemand eine Idee ?

Try exclude devices first, than add them again, devices gotta be in direct range of HCL.

Have the devices to be excluded after a factory reset of the HCL ?

 

The devices are in a range of max 50 cm away from the HCL ... a range that worked properly before the reset.

Dear all,

 

thanks for your hints with this issue. I had to reset alle devices and reconnect them afterwards.

 

Now everything works fine again.
