lights not showing in app

Question

The light Icon on my app and is greyed out but I do have lights and can find them going thru the room icon.
Is this a problem in the curret version?

Hi cford67, please check that you have enabled "New alarm" in the settings if no, please send me content mobile api

  • It seems like a fault in the latest software, devices not showing up in the right place. I cannot set alarms either as it says no devices of this type... needs to fixed quickly

    The lights works for me. Make sure your user have access rights and the controlled unit is set to lighting.

  • Yes it was that thanks, just assumed it was the software update (can't image why). But i've still not got any devices showing in the alarm panel on the mobile device.

  • Thanks that sorted it out. I have found that the alarm doesn't go off, unless I'm I have the app open. Can it still alert if you do not have the app open?

    Hi, we know about this issue but currently you can go to Panels - Alarm Panel - Advanced and activate the option "Scena SEND NOTIFICATIONS".
