RGBW in Master/Slave setup

It's a long shot, but does anyone have RGBW modules in a master/slave setup?

 

I have been raising tickets with support since Jul/Aug this year and recently two bugzilla, but there is still no working solution from support.

 

When importing into the master HC2 all I can see is a blank device. Refer to bugzilla for more details:

Details from bugzilla 3720:

"RGB devices do not appear correctly in Master HC2. 

They appear as a blank device with missing details. They cannot be referenced in scenes as triggers. 

This issue has been present since (Apr 2015) v4.031. 

By v4.048 (Sep 2015) the modules appeared as in current state"  --- i.e. borderline completely nonfunctional in the master HC2

 

Details from bugzilla 3700:

"All my RGB from my slave device are showing as blank in the master.

I cannot associate the RGB to each other.

I cannot trigger scenes with RGB (in the master) as there appears to be no ID for these devices in the master.

I raised this issue in v4.057 beta and was advised that it would be resolved in v4.058, however it is still present."

Have you got anywhere with this. I'm trying to asssociate 2 RGB strips put the master box on the associations tab is blanked out is that what you mean?
