Hi,

So I'm slowly growing my system and installed the first of what will be many Smoke detectors. Its a FGSS 001 on V2.5 software.

I installed it last night and woke up this morning to 50 emails reporting low battery. However its running on permanent DC power.

The Power Supply is a 30W professional Din Rail mounted supply and the device receives about 19V (I can adjust if necessary).

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Roland

If I remember well, this happens when you have included this device on batteries, then changed to a fixed power supply. Please exclude and include it again (in its present location). It will then also become a repeater, strengthening the mesh network. Something it can't do when included as a battery powered device.
