Stop a scene on Alarm disarm by PIN

Question

Posted

Hello,

I'm trying to activate a scene upon Alarm triggering.

I created a LUA script that basically activates the siren going through a cycle of on/off, increasing the length of the sound at each iteration (just simply using turn on, sleep(), turn off, sleep(), and so on).

If I start the script manually, everything works as expected, the siren follows the intended pattern.

If I activate the scene in the alarm panel, perfect as well: a breach is triggering the scene to start.

But...

when I unarm the Alarm, the scene is not stopped, but goes on regardless the disarming has occurred

Does anybody know why alarm is not stopping the scene? How would you stop it from going on forever (without a manual stop of the scene, of course!)

Thanks for any suggestion!
