Dis coneted between door sensor and hcl2.

Hi guys!

I am a new member this forum.To day i have some problem with FIbaro's product,I need to help.Sometime have some door sensor in my fibaro systems disconected with HC2 that display on app fibaro interface is icon "x".I click into which and after that conected again but no feedback.I hope i wil receive answer from everyone.

Is the doorsensor located far from the HCL?

 

Try to do a "Mesh network reconfiguration" for the entire z-wave network. (It can take several hours to complete)

You find it under "Z-wave Network" on the HC2 (not sure where it is on the HCL)

I met problem that again.I has "Mesh network reconfiguration" but don't.When distance form HC2 to door sensor about 5m,and behide which have a blind.

Does mesh network actually work on GUI? V4.062 I start mine with Lua as built in function does nothing here!

I'm on v4.057, and it looks like it's working, but who knows
