Hi 

I now have 3 door sensor witch ive made a battery change on, neither one of them is working.

Ive tried like 100 times now for 6 months.. exclude include an so on..

Is there a guide how to make a battery change? a good one please haha

i would be crazy happy, otherwise it goes to the dumpster.

I understand your frustration. I've tried many things, and I'm pretty sure nothing is fool proof. But in my opinion, this is the best you can do. Before you begin, disable mail about battery status. Battery status may not be reflected correctly for 24 h after changing battery, so you'll get frustrated if you leave these mails on. Next, open the door or window. This is to avoid that you accidentally reset the sensor. Replace the battery. Close door/window. Now wait 24h. If the status is not correct after 24h, then I don't know the answer. I usually exclude/include the rogue thing. If the sensor doesn't report door open/close events after you have changed the battery, it may have been reset (accidentally). Again, E/I is the answer...

    I have been following peter's method/approach too. Most times it works well but there are occasions which doesn't (and I attribute that to different HC2 firmware causing different behaviour).
