Time dependent activation HCL

I cannot activate my scene as expected at a predetermined time:

 

I would like to switch on and off for 5 minutes, every 20 minutes, a heater.

 

If I select the whole day as activation period like in the attached first file, it works.

 

if I select a different period, it does work ONLY if I save the scene while in the right period.

 

Also: if I create scenes as ADMIN they are not visible to others (even when they have Admin privileges).

 

How can I solve this?

I am severely disappointed. Will return HCL in no time unless it is solved.

Hi

I think your scenes should work, but try to make, one scene to turn on, and one scene to turn off.

Remember the scene must be active and start with home center 2

I only creates scenes as admin, then assign rights to others on mobile devices.
