Connection loss between HCL & BT Home Hub 5 gateway

Question

Hello all, I'm relatively new to the whole home automation thing but before Christmas I took the plunge with a Fibaro HCl, Motion/temp sensor and a couple of socket modules. I wanted to set up some simple lighting scenes and get to know the system at least in a basic manner to start of with.

Anyway, we were abroad over the Christmas and after about 10 days away, I noticed that I could no longer connect remotely to the HCL. So...upon returning home I noticed that instead of the usual 3 illuminated LED's on the front of the HCL (Power, LAN, Internet) only the power LED was illuminated. So, I simply rebooted and everything re-connected.

However, last night, exactly the same issue occurred, some 10 days after the first reset.

I re-booted (everything connected again) and updated to the latest beta firmware (in an attempt to do something to resolve in future).

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and what I can try to ensure it doesn't happen again. If I can't up the reliability of the remote access feature then I see little point in any further investment, but, hopefully someone can suggest some helpful pointers.

Thank in advance.
