But your only at the third place with your HC2, you want to know why ?

Because

you don't hear the voice  of your customers

you don't integrate quickly new templates of competitors devices

you don't release users plugin

you are not able to deliver stable versions

you have a recovery key that crash your own box only for security reason

So open your eyes and do the same than Eedomus and Jeedom

Have a good day

Eedomus and Jeedom?

Mate your in cuckoo land! That is like comparing a zx spectrum with manic miner to call of duty on a 980ti!

I wish you all the best... but please you cannot compare 2 weak french? boxes to fibaro controller simple! Yes i agree fibaro have not quite nailed it yet and focus could be better on getting devices working instead of marketing new fibaro products constantly! I for one would murder for rfid benext/zipato but hey... at least i know i'll never have to murder anyone

I have tried most other controllers and they all feel cheap in comparison! I am one of the biggest critics of fibaro and they hate me! but they have improved!

    PITP2,

it's not explicitly written that the order is from the most popular to the less. And even it's the case, it's quite normal that cheaper box are sold more than the most expensive.

And taking in account that it's a french boutique result, that the first one are french too, I find that Fibaro is in very good place for all those reasons !

Having said that, what you wrote as reasons are my concerns too and I agree with them but I am curious to know if Eedomus and Jeedom are as good as Fibaro on many other areas.

Ok for the price of HC2 but ...

    Hclite 279€

    Jeedom 269€

    Eeedomus 299 €

and Hclite is in fourth position

It's exact that it's a french shop but the french community around Fibaro is very important and i thinck to tell that it's the reason why eedomus or jeedom are in better place is not right.

My topic is only to say to Fibaro WAKE UP because lots of people love your products but they are really angry not to be heard

but you may be right in the fact that it's not a ranking

I can confirm you are their biggest critic but always with reason.

Add zwave+ to the list and you could be correct,

Even if they can make the old chip support most features it just won't have marketing appeal.

If I knew nothing about it and was choosing a new controller. XYZ with gen 5 or Fibaro HC2 on last gen chip? Let's guess where that decision will land with new consumers.

Okey let us admit it, it is safe to expect a "HC3" Z+

Well I think you are right, Vera EdgePlus or whatever it is called, was showed two years ago - and now when it seems to make it to the market, it has actually lost one CPU core - that said, already Vera Light was able to handle my home's load with no problem (I just had to restart the device every night and a few other beta testing firmware issus including missing z-wave transmissions - well it's was like FW4.xxx is for Fibaro now days...). The thing is the hardware, with the exception for the z-wave card, is good. But the so called SSD in HC2 is just crap, and well the Z-Wave needs some attention since not even "the new improved engine in FW4" works without problem...
