get NO connection to my HC2 system!

Hello,

I'll try to connect to my HC2 systewm without any success.

The system is installed but is not shown under WIN 10 in the Hardware manager and not available in the Fritz box. The HC2 is online means blue lights for 'ON, Network connected and Internet connected'.

But when connecting to the HC2 I receive the answer 'No communication with the main controller, remote access is currently unavailable'.

Fibaro finder PGM doesn't find anything!

The normal reset procedure is failing! Keep switch + during switching electricity on, etc.

What can I do anything else? Please give advice.
