Hi Fibaro,

 

When will there be a support function to get help with problems that im facing with my HC2?

 

I now got 5 open cases that you have either never responded to, or started to respond to and then just gave up wo any solution.

Is this the way you are promoting your self as a professional organization?

The only thing they asked if the unit was a HC2 or HCL.

I have a heavy memory fragmentation on the HC2 box I need to restart the unit every 12h....
