ErrorCode: 2 Meaning and Solution ?

I got errorCode: 2. What is the meaning of this error code?

 

What can i do about it?

 

In the script below:

It sends this string "GET('/?relay4off')" to an arduino nano with an enc28j60 ethernet module.

it does turns the Relay 4 to OFF position. Work ok at the Arduino side.

But it tells me everytime "Transfer failed"
