Impossible to backup configuration

Recently I've upgrade HC2 from beta 4.062 to 4.070.

 

Now I can't execute my configuration backup.

Execute backup procedure but stop after some seconds.

 

Someone can help me?

Take out USB stick... Put into pc add an empty folder called backups then try again

I've just tried with different HC2 and I've the same problem.

 

Now I will try to empty the backups folders

I try it but very strange on 2 different HC2

I have had exactly the same problem twice... first time fibaro remote fixed it... second time i researched the issue and came to the conclusion when i looked at the usb stick that the folder was missing altogether!

 

It is now backing up fine again!

The usb stick of HC2-#A cannot be use on another HC2-#B since the usb-stick has some sort of token-key tagged to the HC2 unit. Right?

Not entirely sure how true this is? And i for one would not like to put my neck on the line

I've delete and create the folder and now is OK.

 

I can backup the configuration.

Good news for the solution but for me a bug.

 

Two different HC2 and same problem after upgrade.

 I have the same problem. Allready emty the backup directory and did a restart of the system. Last backup was almost a year ago en were all incompatable. Recovery memory is read only checksum status is Corrupted (Calculated checksum does not match (broken image). please help

YUK! Hope your HomeCenter does not get travel sick! Think it maybe making a visit to Poland!

Is there no other way to solve the read only problems from the recovery disk. After a possible visit to Poland is the system still working because I dont have a Backup of the system.

Interestingly, my HC2 shows that the checksum is ok. Deleting a backup worked, too - but creating one is not possible. It counts down, reloads the page, then even the z-wave engine is restarting (excellent trick to re-start the network without reboot though) - and nothing, no backup is shown. 

 

Support said, I will have to ship to Poland..

I have exactly the same problem. It counts to 26 and than reloads the page. No backup..

 

However I know why MY HC2 does this

Users who can not backup, can you please try if Configuration > Location > Safe Settings is working for you?
