Fibaro HC2 - "Unable to select database"

Hi,

 

some days ago I updated my HC2 to the latest Version. Since this point it never started to normal mode.

 

All I can do is to press + at startup and go to recovery mode. After searching for the given IP-adress all I can see (when entering the IP-adress) into a browser is:

 

"Unable to select database" on a clear white page in the top left corner.

 

Plz let me know if there is any solution I can try by myself as I can't find any solutions to this problem in any forum or support-websotes I know...

Same problem here after updating to 4.70 .....

I wanted to reset to downgrade from 4.081 (worst. release. ever.) to 4.070. But in recovery mode (leds going from legt to right and then all leds blinking) all I see is "unable to select database".

What to do?

    All I did was:

     

    1. you can try to reach Recovery Console and recover the HC2 on your own
    2. If this can't be done (as it was at my problem):
    • Contact Support
    • Wait for reply and do what they tell u too
    • They try to check the HC2 via Remote if u can make it reachable via Portforwarding etc.
    • If this fails, u have to send it to Poland and let it be repaired

     

    As far as I am concerned, my HC2 had to be repaired by Fibaro Poland.

     

    I sent it on monday and received it back friday. Im my opinion ==> perfect !
