Question

Could someone provide some help with the following please... i think its because the offset value is a string not an integer? but i cannot get it to work! spent hours putting tonumber/tostring in about every place i could and it still fails with a decode (nil) error
I want to change the offset until fibaro fix the bug as my boiler is over running due to the temp being to low in one room and trv already cutting out!
Thank you... code as follows! where is my error?
