fibaro finder doesnt find IP HC

Dear all,

I have a problem:

 

The HC2 is conected to one router without internet conexion. The first 2 LEDs are blue, but Fibaro finder doesnt find the HC2.

I've tried to set the static IP as indicated in the instruccions of the HC2 box  (pressing long time the learning mode buttom) and i wrote the IP address on the browser and nothing happened.

I use this router with some other  HC2 and there is no problem.

What can i do?

Maybe im doing something wrong to acces by static ip??

Do you have two different subnets?

Do you have DHCP enabled on both routers?

Are you able to access something else connected to the same router as HC2 are connected to?

Is your computer connected to the first router and the other router connected to HC2?

If you connect your computer to the same router as HC2, are you able to access it?
