HC2 is not turning on and LED's go backwards

Hello everyone, recently ive been having this problem where the LED lights on the HC2 have scrolled left-to-right about 9 times afterwards they just turn off and the HC2 doesnt turn on.


 


i have no clue what the problem is. anyone else have experience with this problem or any ideas what to do about it


 


 


 


edit:Ive had the problem of it not booting up in one go from the beginnin. it would just shut off a few times while booting it up.

    do you mean booting it up again without the usb or pulling the usb out and then putting it backin and booting it up again because i read here that thats bad and i wanted to make sure i dont break the thing

    You can pull it out, boot and keep running like that, but you'll have to contact support to check what's going on. They are probably going to ask you to put back the USB while the system is running, so they can check it.

     I removed the USB like u said but i still have the same problem, it boots and after 10 seconds of backwards blinking it shuts down. 

    And i changed the power adapter to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with the wiring so that's not the problem which i thought it was at first.

    Can you connect a screen to your HC2?

    it starts up for 10 seconds and then shuts off again. so i dont have enough time to actually see something on the screen.

    Hello. What was the problem. I have the same problem. The HC2 stopped in the night. I connected it with a screen and i see no picture while i am booting the hc. Seems likes de bios doesn't start. Someone an idea?

    @akatar Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's up and running again. I am verry happy that my hc 2 stil works:)
