Intercom Firewall ports

Hi there,

 

what port i need to open in order to use the Fibaro Intercom app? i opened 5060-62.

i use 2N as the door intercom and works just fine from internal but not external.

Hi,

 

I also have a 2N Helios IP Vario but as far as I know nobody can use it from outside your own network.

So that's far from idle...

I tried all the ports and even place the controller on the DMZ without any success. Also the Fibaro intercom app will un register the user when idle for some time. Button line, all this functionality is useless at the moment and Fibaro support never respond to give us an update or workaround.

Any one have diff idea, workaround etc?
