Hi,

 

i have bought my HCL by Amazon Warehouse. When i would like to register it on home.fibaro.com it shows:

 

HC already added by other user. Please contact tech support

 

How can i reset this?

Call them. I have not received any response to two support issues the first one reported over two week ago.
