    Hi jompa68,

I've bought a flow stop unit as well, but having problems with inclusion. The HC2 does not seem to recognise the unit in learning mode. The manual talks about two screws to "shut off" before inclusion - Can you clarify what this means? Thanks!

    Cheers

    Alfons

EDIT: Figured it out - forgot to check "secure mode" while including - works now!

Looks very good and had one for tests. Unfortunately i could not test it properly, because of very short closures.

jompa68 does it open havily or smoothly?

awlieser i got it in HCL unsecured (2x click in inclusion mode).

i like it, everything i ran it on added device without anny problem (benefit of device so dumb that its brilliant meaning amazing compatibility).

I do love the idea that everything can work with everything  (as Z-Wave promissed) alas such occurances are rare and are mostly limited to most basic devices (in terms of functionality).

Annyways @Jompa how dificult it is to attach the device to pipe? there is quite a few parts in packadge and it looks little inconvinient to me. (particullary how one is suposed to put bolt throu device and 2 things to clamp pipe) Was the alligning of Axis of device and lets call it handle of valve easy?

I bought the needed parts in a local plumbing company, and then I did attach the Popp parts with those supplied parts without problems.

I will move all the parts later on to fix them directly on the cabinet wall, will take upp less space. But that require some new tubes.

i was more concerned about logistics honestly (my Flow stopp has everything i can feasibly require for instalation, sans crewdrivers and such).

it seems to me that the wraparound metal for pipe is not particullary easy to install for likes of me (a clumsy  person - Pat a Mat basically but one guy).

Additionall question: conssidering you have it as emergency incase something goes wrong, did you associate FGFS with Popp flow Stopp or are you using a scene to run the shut off?

    Hi all,

how this POPP Flow Stop is best to consolidate with Home Center Lite and Fibaro flood sensor ?

Have someone done a block scene to turn of the main valve (POPP Flow Stop) when Fibaro flood sensor recognise a flood? Or is the best scenario to assosiate these two device?

    Help appreciated :)

I have a problem running Popp Flow Stopp in association to older (non ZW5) flood sensore - it is not closing upon detecting the flood but it dose close when flood ceases.... its akward.

oh the other hand it dose open when there is flood and close when there is none.... i think they swaped the way it should operate. And its not like i could just pull the pin and twist the arm to where i want it to be the damned device is too smart for that! it just keeps turning and turning until its got grip again and can move the arm wherever the state is suposed to be.

    oh right the point!

You might want to run it in scene at least until this oddity is mended or fixed.

Allso thanks for the reply Jompa. I do not supose you'd be wiling to try association technique to see if i am screwing something up or if ti is a genuine strange behaviour. The older flood sensore which allows association of random devices into first group not the new one where first group is Lifeline.
