Scene not triggered by GlobalValue change

Question

Posted

I've created a variable named "LastThing" which gets populated by an external source. (working fine!)

Now I would like to trigger a scene with it as soon as the GlobalValue gets changed!

Why does the code below not get triggered?

That is mentioned in this forum several times already.

How do you change the global variable exactly?

You can change your Global Variable from external source and then run scene  from the same external source.
