Schlage Zwave Doorlock + HC2

What up people

 

 

Look, i have my hc2 updated, 4.080 version and everything is ok. Since i got it i have been unable to make work my Schlage zwave doorlock, i can include it and even the hc2 recognize it as a doorlock but it seems this doorlock is not compatible yet with this version of hc2. Well, i was wondering if i can set up on my own the doorlock parameters in the configuration panel of the device it would make the doorlock works, i got the Schlage zwave parameters but when i try to add new parameters and i save, it seems the gateway is not saving anything, thats one thing, the next one is that im not pretty sure about what parameters i should use and how do i fill the parameters settings on the hc2.  down below you will find de web page of the zwave parameres of my doorlock, thanks in advance!!

I have the same problem... I deleted from the sistem and added back but it's not working... Don't know if I should factory reset the doorlock... Someone??

I don't know if this can help you... but i what i did was to get the HC2 closer to the doorlock and include it again... it configured itself as is supposed to do and its working perfectly...

its the same one... the BE469 Schlage connect doorlock...  i factory restored the doorlock, created new user codes... then i took it to no more than 2 meters  away from the HC2 and then added it... i previously deleted the from the HC2 using the programming code in the door lock then factory restore and added it again... 

 

I had the same problem that you have.. the door lock was not right configured as it did not pair it self as it should... getting the HC2 closer solved the problem...

 

as you include the door lock with the programming code and then press the 0 an orange dot starts blinking in the keypad... let it keep blinking until the green check appears... on the HC2 let the inclusion window close by itself too...
