Fibaro HC Users and Mobile app

Can somebody point me to the HC manual that explains how the HC users defined in the Access Control section relate and are used for the mobile Fibaro app.

I've got a user for each member of the family set up in HC2 but none of them can be logged in to using the Fibaro mobile app. I always get the message about "cound not connect to home.fibaro.com" -- is that a mobile app bug or a bogus error message ?
