Eurotronic Comet z Wave Thermostat without Template

Hi,

 

i have bought some Eurotronic Comet Z-Wave Heating Thermostats to test them

you can get them currently very cheap (about ~29€)

 

I see there is a notification in HC2 (no template), how to add a template to this device ?

Must it be added from fibaro, or is there a way to add myself ?

Is there anything we can provide to Fibaro to help with this?

 i e-maild fibaro a few moths ago about the missing template but there is stil no template.

But without template it also works fine.

Since the new update is getting close to shipping, will this fix be included in this version?

There are a lot of issues related to these devices and a lot of people bought them for the valve opening report mode. Currently the manufacturer specific mode ("31") is not being reported as supported and we're not getting valve opening percentage reports (according to parameter 6).

Is it possible to get a status update on this?

Both support MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC mode which allows direct valve control. (see
