Two questions about Android App

1. I can log in local, but remote won't work. The app always says 'Autorisation. Invalid login or password'. What could the problem be? Doe I have to manualy add the HC? What is the name of the gateway then?

 

I use folowing :

Static IP

 

IP 192.168.0.249

Subnetmask 255.255.255.0

Gateway 192.168.0.1

DNS 8.8.8.8

 

2. I made a simple scene to test. But the scene doensn't show up in the app. Why could that be?

    I found a sollution. I made the scenes with the magic scene creator. Now I tried the same with blocks. And it seems to work now. I don't know what the difference is, but the issue is solved.

    1. On your phone, enter the remote access, the same username and PASSW you use on "home.fibaro.com".

    On your phone then go to the "Chose HC" and click "edit", here you must enter the username and PASSW that you have entered under "acces control" for your phone in HC.

     

    2. To view a scene on the phone, give permission in the "configuration" "access control"

    Thanks a lot. The first problem is solved. I can log in remote.

     

    But the second problem still doesn't work. The persmissions are given, but the scene doesn't show in the app.

    Try to logout and logon again on the app after the rights are given

    Tried this, but still No scenes on the app.

    I also tried an other account for a family member and there I have the same problem.

    Hi, after the configuration the right, You need to save your changes. If you do this, please check the option "Show the scene in interfaces" in scenes configurations

    Did that. Show scène in interface is checked Yes. If I put it on No and save, it automatic comes back on yes. So I can't change this option.

    So it is marked yes, but scène doesn't show in app.

    Please log in web to HC2 using the data of the user and check whether the scenes are visible
