Automatic stop roller shutter if shutter hangs (opening)

Question

Posted

Hi,

is there a possiblity to measure the watt while roller shutter should open?

We have sometimes the problem, that the roller is frozen so it hangs and if the motor of the roller is not capable of stopping that it breaks something.

It should be possible to measure the normal watts by normal operation and if the watts is more than ? the roler shutter should stop working.

Has someone such a scene working or is that possible?

Paramerer 18 from manual:

18. Motor operation detection.
Power threshold to be interpreted as reaching a limit switch.
Available settings:
0 - 255
(1-255 W)
The value of 0 means reaching a limit switch will not be detected
Default setting:
10
(10W).

How can we adjust this setting? What means 10W, if motor is using 10w and more it stops?

Here's a scene if someone is searching for that. It stops the roller-shutter, if it exceds a defined WATT Limit:

i Know that it could be made better i.e. with global list of rollers etc, but this works for me.
