I connected the power (24V) to the L and N connection.

Then I connected the IN and the Q to the connectors for a puls button on the gate opener.

Should this work? Because when I put my Fibaro in learning mode and press the B-service button, nothing happends. Now I'm not sure if I connected it wrong or that the range is too far.

You probably use a FGS-222 or FGS-212 and those do not support 24 V DC power. It's in the manual.

For a solution, see:

I can connect it to the 220 Volt also. Would this work then?

Or will it sent 220V into my gate-opener and destroy it?

Please read the topic after the link I gave you, I'm slightly annoyed that you ask questions that are answered there.
