Hi

i have a few Fibaro Door/Window Sensors , amongst  2 that show a low Battery the whole time , although the Battery is full. the 2 modules also disconnect and are offline regularly.

It can definitely not be a range issue , since the HC2 is approx 2m away in direct sight ,no walls in between.

Does anyone know what this could be ? or how i could solve the issue ?

Thanks in advance

Try to exclude and include the device again. If that does not work, try to reset the device.

Good luck!

I would like Fibaro to say something about this, it seems to be common issue really. I have 3 customers with the same problem.

Basicall I know, that if the battery shows as "low" you need only properly wake the sensor up (holding tamper button and tripple click the button inside).

But 3 customers of mine are having issues with batteries- basically the device batery shows almost full. Then the sensor goes to "dead" without any worning. The batery on the sensor still shows green but the sensor is dead and the battery too.

There is no signal problem, as well there are not bad settings. It happend to 3 different customers, all of them has another devices around with no problems.

Hi

I buy one Fibaro door / window sensor 20 months ago, the first 2, I got the loot, they tapped batteries to power of 3-6 days. The 3rd I was now about 19 months old, works perfectly with the same battery. Buy one today, I hope it is OK.
